We are building Nova, the voice-first AI recruiting agent designed to replace the broken job search experience for European tech talent. As our Founding Growth & Marketing Lead, you will own the entire candidate-side acquisition and retention engine, turning a breakthrough AI product into a viral, self-sustaining marketplace.

Following our successful public beta launch, we are scaling our senior, tight-knit team of 8 to capture the European market, making this our first dedicated growth hire. You are the critical link between our breakthrough AI agent and the DACH tech talent market.
What you'll own
The entire candidate-side growth engine, from initial acquisition and viral referral loops to long-term user retention.
- Build and scale omnichannel marketing campaigns across performance, organic, offline, and community channels.
- Design and optimize user onboarding funnels and viral retention loops that keep candidates active and engaged.
- Establish and track data-forward cohort metrics and web analytics to measure every step of the candidate journey.
- Craft high-converting copy and sharp GTM positioning that resonates deeply with the DACH tech talent ecosystem.
- Translate growth data and user feedback directly into product decisions in close collaboration with the founders.
Your first 90 days
- Month 1: Deep dive into Nova’s user data, audit our beta launch performance, and interview our earliest candidate cohorts to map out the growth bottlenecks.
- Month 2-3: Ship your first set of high-tempo acquisition experiments across organic and paid channels, while building our core cohort-tracking infrastructure.
- By end of Q1: Establish a repeatable, data-proven candidate acquisition playbook that visibly lowers acquisition costs while driving active user retention loops.
Who you are
- Proven growth leader with hands-on 0-to-1 startup execution experience.
- Deeply analytical with a strong grasp of cohort tracking and web analytics.
- Background in strategy consulting, growth advisory, or high-scale marketplaces.
- Exceptional copywriter with strong GTM positioning instincts for tech audiences.
- Embedded in the DACH tech talent network with fluent English (German is a plus).
- Thrives switching rapidly between high-level strategy and tactical, hands-on execution.
