As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a rockstar Sales Manager who’s ready to spearhead our sales initiatives, optimize patient acquisition, and significantly contribute to our mission.

Your role
As our Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and refining our sales processes and structures. You'll work closely with our medical and marketing team to ensure alignment on patient acquisition strategies and conversion rate optimization. Your leadership will not only drive sales growth but also enhance our partnership management and customer satisfaction efforts, directly impacting our ability to empower human that seek to be a parent to build a family.

Your Responsibilities
  • Sales Process Optimization: Assess and enhance our sales processes and structures to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the sales cycle.
  • Patient Acquisition Focus: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that optimize conversion rates and ensure a seamless handoff between marketing and sales.
  • Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, leveraging these networks to expand our patient base.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Implement strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, nurturing long-term relationships with our patients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop our growing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize CRM and sales analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and medical service, to ensure a unified approach to patient care and acquisition.
Your profile
Who You Are
  • You have a proven track record in sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
  • You are structured and possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
  • You are experienced in building and managing partnerships and have a knack for building and maintaining relationships.
  • You have excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring a team towards achieving shared goals.
  • You're passionate about making a difference in healthcare and are driven by the opportunity to help families grow.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
