Our team is seeking a Finance Manager to steer our financial strategy and operations. As part of our team you will define new ways to make reproductive care financially more accessible and to enable more human to build a family.

As Finance Manager, you'll be overseeing our financial landscape in close collabortion with our CEO. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, from financial planning and reporting across all subsidiaries to developing debt and grant strategies. You'll also be involved in optimizing pricing strategy and implementing financing options for our customers, making our services accessible to a broader audience. Your expertise will be crucial in steering Ovom Care through its growth phases, ensuring financial sustainability and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Analysis: Drive our budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, resulting in actionable insights.
• Reporting & Insights: Deliver timely, precise financial reports for all company facets, fueling strategic decision-making.
• Funding & Grants: Craft and oversee innovative strategies for debt financing and grants.
• Pricing & Accessibility: Refine pricing models to align with market dynamics and our mission, improving both profitability and patient access.
• Financing Solutions: Develop customer-friendly financing options, making our services more accessible and supportive of patient needs.
• Risk & Compliance: Maintain rigorous compliance with financial laws and regulations, proactively managing risks to protect our operations.

• You have experience in financial management, ideally within startups, venture capital, banking, or consulting environments.
• Your background includes expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• You're strategic in your approach to debt, grants, and equity financing.
• You possess strong analytical skills, able to distill complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.
• You are entrepreneur at heart, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required; an MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
