Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Strategic Vision & Leadership:
- Define and execute the overall UX/UI strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
- Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and high-quality user experiences across all products.
- Advocate for user-centric design and promote the importance of UX/UI across the organization.
- Design Process & Implementation:
- Develop and refine user-centered design processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams.
- Oversee the implementation of design solutions, ensuring they are executed accurately and effectively.
- Creating a Design System:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
- Maintain and evolve the design system, incorporating feedback and new design trends to keep it up-to-date and relevant.
- Building a Conversational Interface:
- Lead the design and development of conversational interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and effective in meeting user needs.
- Collaborate with AI and development teams to integrate conversational AI into our products seamlessly.
- Developing a Persona and Brand for a Conversational AI Agent:
- Create and define the identity and brand for our conversational AI agent from scratch.
- Develop a persona that resonates with users and aligns with our company’s values and goals.
- Ensure the conversational AI agent’s interactions reflect the brand’s voice and provide a cohesive user experience.
- User Research & Testing:
- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to inform and iterate on design solutions.
- Ensure that all design decisions are backed by user data and research, creating intuitive and effective user experiences.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UX/UI design in the product development lifecycle.
- Present design concepts and solutions to C-level executives, providing strategic input and acting as a sparring partner.
- Facilitate communication between design, development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of projects.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members, encouraging professional growth and development.
- Delegate tasks effectively and manage team resources to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Culture & Process Contribution:
- Take on leadership tasks for local teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture.
- Contribute to the overall culture and processes of the company, promoting a user-centric approach and continuous improvement.
- Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives to drive the company’s mission and vision forward.
