As Briink’s AI Customer Solutions Engineer, you will play a central role in advancing Briink’s mission to accelerate the climate transition by enhancing our customers' ESG workflows with AI.
You will lead efforts to ensure clients get real value from Briink’s AI technology by helping them successfully build their ESG use-cases on the Briink platform. This includes client-facing skills such as understanding their needs in detail and translating those into workflows in the Briink platform as well as more technical tasks such as AI prompt optimization, API integration support, and collaborating closely with clients to ensure their success as they transition to AI-enabled ESG workflows. Your role will include:
- Building Client's ESG use-cases into the Briink platform : You'll become a technical subject matter expert on the Briink ESG AI platform and use that knowledge to support clients to effectively use it for their ESG use-cases, working closely with them to understand their needs, create tailored ESG templates, optimize LLM prompts, run on-platform evaluations during trials, and provide actionable feedback and training sessions for how they can get the most value from Briink’s AI/LLM technology.
- Growing client relationships: You'll foster strong client relationships by thoroughly understanding their ESG use-cases in detail, as well as how this fits into their wider challenges and aspirations. You'll directly support them with their ESG issues and opportunities and help them determine how Briink's AI technology could help. You'll oversee the full customer lifecycle by aligning client needs with Briink's solutions, maximizing their value from Briink’s platform through the development of new use-cases, onboarding additional teams, and exploring upsell opportunities.
- Supporting client's technical integration: You'll assist clients with technical issues including those wishing to integrate with Briink by understanding their integration needs, collaborating with the clients’ engineers and developers and directing them to relevant API documentation. You'll create tutorials and walkthroughs as needed to ensure successful integration and provide support in resolving technical challenges and effectively translate client requirements to Briink’s Engineering team.
- Defining Briink's upsell/growth strategy: You'll help build out our strategy for growth and upselling with our existing customers, by identifying what behaviours indicate clients could be getting more value from Briink’s AI tools and build a playbook for exploring new use-cases and upsell opportunities with them with relevant clients.
- Creating digital content and new use-cases: You'll develop new ESG use-cases directly on the Briink platform that are engaging and valuable to potential clients. This could include building new ESG use-case templates onto the platform, creating online content, including videos, tutorials, or advanced use-case examples, to showcase the capabilities and potential of Briink’s AI platform for ESG applications.
