We are seeking a dedicated Working Student with a background in logistics (or comparable fields) to join our Out of Home Operations Team.

Your responsibilities

• Support the operational Out of Home (OOH) rollout with new locations, products, features by collaborating closely with our local and regional operations teams
• Identify and prioritize operational opportunities through keeping a close eye on our KPIs and aligning with our operations lead as well as the local and regional operations teams
• Monitor the regional operations teams and enable them to improve processes and quality
• Support and lead trouble shooting for operational incidents
• Monitor and work hand in hand with our external locker, maintenance and installation partners; including supporting them with any billing and contract management requests

What you need to be successful

Background

• Initial experience in supply chain and/or logistics operations, such as former Area or Shift Manager
• Experience on OOH and/or APM operations is a plus
• Solid expertise in Lean Management will support your regular tasks
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on operational processes

Competencies

• Proficiency in both German and English
• A self-starting work ethic, high curiosity and an empathetic mindset
• Excellent collaborative problem-solving skills
