Your responsibilities

  • Lead the development of our growth and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives, including channel selection, funnel optimization, target group definition, and testing
  • Define and segment target groups and develop personalized messaging and campaigns tailored to specific audience segments to increase relevance and engagement
  • Identify the most effective marketing channels to reach target audiences and drive acquisition, engagement, and retention as well as levers we can use for our growth
  • Continuously optimize channel and funnel performance through experimentation and data-driven decision-making
  • Design and execute testing methodologies to validate hypotheses and optimize our marketing efforts
  • Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Take ownership of our KPIs related to growth and marketing initiatives, generate regular reports and dashboards to track performance against targets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in growth marketing and execution and continuously seek opportunities to learn and develop new skills to enhance our effectiveness in driving our growth
What you need to be successful

Background

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or revenue management, with a focus on developing strategies and building structures from scratch
  • Experience driving measurable results through strategic growth and marketing initiatives
  • Deep understanding of channel optimization, funnel management and testing strategies
  • Proficiency in making use of marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms and data visualization software

  • Strong analytical skills including an ability to interpret data, analyze trends and derive actionable insights
  • A results-oriented mindset and the ability to identify opportunities and driving initiatives to achieve our business goals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including proficiency articulating complex concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels of our organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adaptability to changing priorities and project scopes
