Your responsibilities

• Utilize our CMS to build high-converting landing pages and effectively communicate our value proposition in order to drive our customer engagement and conversion
• Create compelling and engaging content to attract and engage our target groups across multiple channels
• Plan, create, and execute Email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer engagement. Support from A - Z - develop email content, design templates, segment audiences, and analyze your campaign’s performance.
• Design and implement growth journeys and customer lifecycle campaigns that guide our customers through various stages of their journey, from awareness to conversion and retention
• Develop automated workflows, triggers, and personalized messaging to optimize user experience
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our growth initiatives, track our KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, data and analytics, product and engineering to align our growth initiatives with our business goals and objectives

What you need to be successful

Background

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing or related roles, ideally with a focus on execution and implementation of new strategies and initiatives
• Proficiency in using CMS to build and optimize landing pages such as WordPress, HubSpot or Squarespace
• Experience planning, creating and executing Email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact or HubSpot
• A familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms for building workflows and customers journeys would be a plus

• Strong writing and editing skills paired with an ability to create compelling and engaging content across various channels
• An analytical mindset and an interest in tracking and analyzing performance metrics including proficiency deriving insights and making data-driven decision to optimize growth initiatives
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• A strong sense of ownership and getting shit done
