We’re looking for an Project Manager to join us coordinating end-to-end customer rollouts: from installation planning to full platform activation. You’ll own timelines, align teams, and make sure customers see value fast and predictably.
Your role
Own projects from “deal won” to “customer live” – installation + onboarding in one motion
Plan and run implementation timelines, milestones and dependencies across install, onboarding, CI and sales
Coordinate on-site work for installation and stream validation with installation/onboarding engineers
Ensure fast data activation: ROIs, virtual sensors, labeling workflows and initial QA are delivered on schedule
Act as main operational contact for customers during rollout, managing expectations and communication
Define and track SLAs (e.g. install → data live → value live) and build reporting on lead times and blockers
Create and maintain playbooks, checklists and templates to standardise how the Hub delivers projects
Drive continuous improvement based on project retrospectives and feedback from customers and internal teams
You are
4–7 years experience in project / implementation management, ideally in B2B SaaS, industrial tech or systems integration
Proven track record running multi-stakeholder technical projects with clear timelines and outcomes
Strong organiser: comfortable managing several parallel rollouts without dropping details
Confident communicator with both technical teams (engineering, CV, platform) and customer stakeholders
Data-driven: you use metrics (lead time, SLA adherence, rework) to spot issues and improve processes
Hands-on, calm under pressure, and biased towards making things “go live” rather than just “in progress”
Nice to have
Experience with industrial installations, OT/IT projects or edge / cloud deployments
Background in ops, consulting, or customer onboarding in a technical product environment
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or similar for project tracking and reporting
