Our Commercial team in Personal Care delivers novel, sustainable ingredients to brands, formulators, and partners. Cambrium’s first ingredient, NovaColl™, is already powering cosmetic products by leading brands worldwide.

Your role
As a Sales Associate on our Commercial team, you'll drive growth for our personal care product line by identifying and engaging ideal customers through strategic sales channels. You'll build the top of our sales funnel while contributing to our go-to-market strategy, using data-driven insights to enhance performance. If you are a proactive and strategic thinker, we’d love to have you on board!

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers in the personal care industry to expand our client base
  • Lead product pitches and customer interactions to secure deals with global personal care customers
  • Effectively articulate our ingredients’ unique value proposition to align with customer needs and market demands
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to develop and refine our sales strategy, identifying new market opportunities and optimizing our approach
  • Create and implement innovative campaigns using optimal channels to connect with target customers
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-­tier university, Master’s is a plus
  • Experience in a high-performing entrepreneurial environment, leading technology company, or management consulting
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and the interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams. German and/or French are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with sharp prioritization skills
  • Analytical problem-solving approach with ability to identify root causes and develop solutions
  • Passionate about Cambrium’s mission, sustainability and the field of synthetic biology
