As a Senior Sales Account Executive for Media & Entertainment (M&E), you will drive strategic growth across EMEA, partnering with some of the world’s leading studios, game developers, and creative production companies.
You will own and expand a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts, developing and executing territory and account plans that accelerate Autodesk’s footprint across film, television, games, VFX and animation.
Leveraging a consultative, value-based sales approach, you will engage senior executives and creative/technical leaders to uncover transformational opportunities across content creation workflows. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enable customers to scale production, optimise pipelines, and innovate in how content is created and delivered.
Autodesk’s M&E customers are redefining how the world is entertained — navigating rapid shifts toward real-time production, cloud collaboration, AI-assisted workflows, and increasing content demand across platforms. You will partner with them to modernise pipelines, improve efficiency, and unlock new creative possibilities.
By leveraging Autodesk’s Design and Make Platform and industry-leading M&E solutions — including Maya, Flow Production Tracking (ShotGrid), Flame, and cloud-based workflows — you will help customers deliver compelling content faster, at scale, and with greater creative control.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute strategic territory and account plans across EMEA to exceed revenue and growth targets
- Identify, qualify, and close complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities within leading M&E organisations
- Build and expand trusted relationships with executive, creative, and technical stakeholders (C-suite, Heads of Production, CTOs, VFX Supervisors, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional deal orchestration across technical specialists, customer success, marketing, and channel partners
- Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain disciplined pipeline management across a diverse regional territory
- Position Autodesk solutions through value-based, outcome-driven engagements aligned to customer business goals
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning Autodesk’s M&E portfolio to evolving industry trends and customer priorities
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent English and ideally French and or Spanish fluency
- 5+ years of quota-carrying experience selling complex enterprise solutions, ideally within Media & Entertainment or adjacent industries
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrated expertise in consultative and value-based selling methodologies (e.g., TAS, MEDDICC, or similar)
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders across creative, technical, and executive functions
- Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating complex, multi-year deals
- Ability to operate across a geographically distributed territory (EMEA) with cultural awareness
Preferred Experience
- Established network of relationships within the Media & Entertainment industry across EMEA
- Experience selling into studios, broadcasters, game developers, or content production companies
- Understanding of cloud-based production, distributed teams, and modern content pipelines
- Multilingual capabilities relevant to key EMEA markets
