We are seeking a Finance Business Partner, Consulting EMEA, to support the Consulting Finance team by delivering high-quality financial analysis, planning, and operational insights. This role will partner closely with Consulting leaders across EMEA to drive strong services economics, financial discipline, and scalable reporting. You will report into the Senior Finance Manager, Consulting within the Customer Success Finance organization.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, services-driven environment and is looking to deepen their expertise in professional services finance and business partnering.

Responsibilities

Financial Business Partnership

  • Partner with Consulting leaders in EMEA to support financial decision-making and performance management
  • Translate business inputs into accurate financial analysis and reporting to support utilization, margin, and capacity outcomes
  • Support investment analysis related to hiring plans, resource mix, and delivery models

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead annual planning, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for Consulting in EMEA
  • Prepare and maintain reporting for key professional services metrics including revenue, gross margin, utilization, billable rates, capacity, and cost structure
  • Develop financial models and analyses to evaluate delivery models, pricing strategies, and resource allocation

Performance Management & Insights

  • Produce recurring performance reporting, variance analysis, and trend insights for Consulting leadership in EMEA
  • Identify risks and opportunities related to utilization, margin, and cost-to-serve, and recommend actions in partnership with Senior Finance and Consulting leaders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with WW Sales Finance, FP&A, RevOps, and Accounting to support end-to-end financial alignment

Accounting, Controls & Operations

  • Partner with Accounting to ensure Consulting financials are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready
  • Support close processes including accruals, variance explanations, and data validation
  • Assist with financial review of consulting agreements, including support for non-standard deal structures
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements

Culture & Collaboration

  • Model Autodesk values through integrity, accountability, and collaboration
  • Build strong working relationships across Finance and Consulting teams
  • Continuously improve technical, analytical, and business partnering skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 5–8 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A or related analytical roles
  • Experience supporting Professional Services, Consulting, or Services organizations
  • Solid understanding of services economics, including utilization, margin, and capacity planning
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Proficient working in SQL, and with Sigma and Snowflake
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to business partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA
  • Experience in a global, matrixed, enterprise technology company
  • Familiarity with planning and analytics tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive, Power BI, or similar
