We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to support the evolution of our internal design system for Autodesk Construction Cloud. This role is part of the Platform team, which builds foundational tools and patterns that power consistent, high-quality experiences across our web and mobile platform.
You’ll lead component library work in Figma, contribute to a large-scale visual and functional design system transition, and collaborate closely with designers and engineers across the org to ensure alignment and usability.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain advanced Figma component libraries using variants, properties, and design tokens.
- Lead visual theming efforts to align styles and behaviour’s across legacy and new components.
- Provide guidance to design teams on how to apply and customise shared components.
- Collaborate with engineering partners to ensure design system components are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in cross-team discussions to align design system strategy with product needs.
- Work independently and proactively to drive system-level design work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on design systems.
- Deep expertise in Figma
- Strong understanding of interaction patterns, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on component implementation.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working independently and driving cross-functional alignment.
