Position Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Temporary Business Development Manager to support our EMEA Business Development team during a key phase of strategic growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to inspire and coach a team, and is passionate about driving pipeline through effective prospecting strategies.
As a temporary manager, you will help lead a high-performing team while maintaining alignment with our coaching-based leadership culture.
Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) across multiple regions
Monitor and manage performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure strong pipeline generation and lead qualification
Coach and develop BDRs through regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and tailored feedback sessions
Drive outbound strategies aligned with sales goals and market opportunities
Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize handover processes and campaign effectiveness
Identify blockers, capacity issues, and process improvements to maximize team efficiency
Report weekly results, trends, and opportunities to senior leadership
Onboard and support new hires if applicable
Responsibilities
Proven experience in business development, sales leadership, or team management—ideally in B2B SaaS or tech
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
English at professional level, German is a plus
Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights
A hands-on leader who leads by example, with high accountability and autonomy
Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and other common prospecting tools is a plus
Contract
Duration: 10 months (depending on availability and business needs)
Compensation: Competitive daily rate based on experience
Location: Hybrid. Being in Barcelona is required.
