Position Overview
Autodesk Customer Technical Success is looking for highly motivated trusted advisor to help our customers optimize their product investment and achieve the most out of their daily work with our products.
We are looking for a professional with infrastructure experience to support our customers with their questions using AutoCAD Map 3D. You will join the Customer Technical Success team within the Customer Success Organization. The Customer Technical Success team is responsible for maximizing the success of all our customers. We do this by delivering professional and highly customized services that help our customers achieve their business goals while maximizing the use and adoption of our solutions.
Responsibilities
You will help our customers by troubleshooting their product-related issues
Thanks to you, our knowledge base will be improved
Our customers will engage with you over phone, email, and chat
You will be the expert in helping customers get started with our products and assist them with questions related to product features and usage
Your goal is creating an exceptional customer experience
Minimum Qualifications
You are fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus
You bring your industry experience around GIS (minimum 2 years)
Familiarity with Coordinate systems/databases and related data management systems (Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SQL server)
You have a profound knowledge within AutoCAD and Map 3D toolset
You love to learn and grow
