Responsibilities
Support Recruitment Activities: You act as a direct line of support for a designated region, enabling recruiters and hiring managers to attract, interview, and onboard new Autodesk employees, contributing to our mission of community and impact
Operational and Administrative Excellence: You will deliver consistent and timely operational and administrative recruitment services, ensuring high quality and efficiency, reflecting our commitment to integrity
System Proficiency: You’ll be a key user of the Workday Recruiting (WDR) system and other related tools, driving innovation through effective system utilization
Guidance and Training: You will partner with hiring managers in understanding the recruiting process and system functionalities, fostering a supportive and knowledgeable community
Job Posting Management: You will manage job postings on internal and external career portals, including government job boards, ensuring broad, inclusive outreach
Interview Coordination: You will schedule interviews by working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and coordinate post-interview debrief scheduling to maintain seamless and efficient operations
Calendar Management: You’ll maintain the calendar of upcoming events and interviews, ensuring smooth scheduling and time management
Communication: You will provide follow-up correspondence to hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates on interview status via phone and email, promoting clear and effective communication
Hire Processing: You’ll manage hire processing in the WDR system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Candidate Experience: You’ll identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency, driving positive impact and innovation
Minimum Qualifications
Detail-Oriented: You’ll have the ability to produce excellent quality deliverables through attention to detail and operational excellence, adhering to Service Level Agreements, and being solutions-focused, reflecting our integrity
Technical Proficiency: You’ll have excellent functional skills with HR systems (Workday, WDR, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.), driving innovation through technical adeptness
Team Collaboration: You’ll be a team player who remains positive and supportive during challenging assignments, contributing to a strong sense of community
Organizational Skills: You’ll have good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring operational excellence
Adaptability: You’ll have experience working in a fast-paced environment with high volume and complexity, demonstrating resilience and adaptability
Communication Skills: You’re a great communicator with experience engaging a diverse range of audiences at all organizational levels, promoting inclusivity and effective communication
Experience: You’ll have at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity or recruitment shared services role, bringing valuable expertise
Confidentiality: Ability to always maintain confidentiality, ensuring trust and integrity
Technical Skills: You’ll have excellent technical skills (Excel, Word), as well as experience with HR systems such as Workday and supporting tools like ServiceNow, driving operational excellence through technical proficiency
