As a Fusion Account Executive for the DACH region, you’ll play a pivotal role in this mission, driving growth by connecting clients with solutions that change the way they work and succeed.

Responsibilities
Actively prospect and engage potential new clients, developing a strong pipeline of opportunities to drive impactful business growth
Manage your pipeline with precision to ensure consistent success in a fast-paced market
Own your quarterly forecasts and be a crucial driver of our sales strategy
Be the first point of contact for prospects, creating a lasting and positive impression by understanding their needs and showcasing the value of Fusion
Build strong relationships with customers and leads, keeping them engaged with creative follow-ups and communications that bring Fusion to life
Work closely with the BDR team
Exceed ambitious sales goals and contribute to the team’s overall success
Minimum Qualifications
Fluency in German and English—your language skills will help you build deep connections in the DACH region
A self-starter with a passion for technology, high energy, and a track record of exceeding goals
2+ years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development with proven success in prospecting and lead generation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to take initiative and manage time effectively
A commitment to continuous improvement, using every opportunity to learn, grow, and become an expert in your field
