Team

This role sits within the Enablement Team, a cross-functional unit responsible for equipping internal teams with the tools, knowledge, and resources to win with Aleph Alpha’s technology. The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Solution Engineering, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Partnerships and Customer Success.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled generalist in Sales Enablement who can equip our sales teams with the product knowledge, messaging, and assets they need to position our products effectively with clients. This role goes beyond generic sales training - it is about deeply understanding our products, articulating their value, and ensuring our teams can confidently pitch, demo and handle objections, communicate USPs, and run high-impact conversations with prospects. Success in this role comes from orchestrating input across teams and turning complex technology into clear, enablement-ready narratives and tools. Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve product and pitch training programs focused on positioning, USPs, and objection handling.

  • Own and continuously improve the onboarding journey for new sales hires, ensuring they quickly ramp to productivity with structured training and certification.

  • Drive collaboration across Product Marketing, Sales Leaders, and subject matter experts to create and consolidate content and align enablement priorities.

  • Create compelling GTM assets including one-pagers, demo videos, and pitch decks with a high level of polish and clarity.

  • Build and maintain sales playbooks covering customer journey stages, discovery questions, positioning frameworks, and key assets.

  • Define and uphold a clear GTM content governance model: assign content ownership, establish version control, and implement lifecycle management best practices.

  • Organize and run large-scale enablement events, including hands-on exercises to drive practical learning outcomes.

  • Build structured training materials that are engaging, clear, and effective for different learning formats (live, virtual, self-paced).

  • Define and track enablement KPIs (e.g. ramp time, content usage, win rates, training effectiveness) to measure impact and refine strategy.

  • Ensure feedback loops with sales teams to continuously adapt and refine training and content.

  • Maintain a strong grasp of the AI market and LLM technology to ensure content is technically accurate and relevant.

Your Profile

  • Background in Technical Sales, Solution Engineering, Consulting, Product Management, or a similar client-facing role

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant messaging and training

  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills; confident in front of both technical and business audiences

  • Advanced PowerPoint and content creation skills; able to create polished, client-ready assets

  • Experience designing and delivering structured training or workshops (formal enablement background not required)

  • Ability to work independently, aligning priorities with Sales Leaders and driving initiatives end-to-end

  • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on practical learning outcomes and measurable sales impact

  • Broad, adaptable skillset, comfortable switching between facilitation, content creation and strategic planning

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and technical experts

  • Strong technical understanding of LLM technology and the AI landscape

  • Language & Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German language will be a huge plus
