Team
This role is part of the Enablement & Academy team, responsible for empowering customers, partners, internal teams, and the research community to succeed with Aleph Alpha’s technology. As LMS Coordinator, you will own the technical operations of our learning platform – Aleph Alpha Academy – and ensure a scalable, seamless, and high-quality learning experience across all learner groups.
You will manage our Learning Management System (Docebo), collaborate closely with Learning Designers, Program Managers, and subject matter experts, and play a key role in optimizing how we deliver, organize, and measure learning.
Your Responsibilities
Own day-to-day operations of our LMS (Docebo), including configuration, permissions, user management, and technical support
Manage platform updates, integrations, and backend optimization in collaboration with internal stakeholders and Docebo support
Set up and maintain distinct learner groups across customers, partners, internal employees, and the research community
Upload, set up, organize, and maintain e-learning courses, videos, webinars, assessments, certifications, and other e-learning assets
Provide learner support via our support portal, assisting with technical issues and guiding learners through course-related questions
Schedule and organize instructor-led and in-person training sessions, including logistics, invitations, and attendance tracking
Build dashboards and generate reports on course completion, engagement, and learner progress
Identify opportunities to streamline LMS workflows and improve user experience
Work closely with Learning Designers and Program Managers to support course deployment and platform usage
Create internal documentation and onboarding materials to train content creators and stakeholders on LMS best practices
Your Profile
Hands-on experience managing Docebo LMS, including platform configuration, user segmentation, and content administration
Experience in LMS coordination or administration in a corporate or technical training environment
Proven ability to manage diverse learner groups with tailored access, content visibility, and user journeys
Highly organized, with a strong focus on data accuracy, scalable processes, and content governance
Comfortable building dashboards and analyzing data to inform learning strategy and report impact
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to support internal and external stakeholders effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German is a plus
