We're scaling our Talent Acquisition team by adding the Sourcing function to support our ambitious growth plans at Aleph Alpha for 2025 and beyond.

We’re looking to hire a Talent Sourcer for a role that goes beyond simple sourcing. You will become a key contributor to Aleph Alpha’s talent acquisition engine by building high-quality pipelines and helping shape our growing sourcing function.

Your responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for technical/non-technical roles

• Support market mapping efforts

• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify requirements and provide pipeline updates

• Help document and optimize sourcing playbooks

Your profile

The ideal candidate:

• Has proven experience in the technology industry, hiring for a variety of technical and non-technical roles (you will work on the roles in our Research, Product, Customer, and Operations departments)

• Has previous experience in a startup, high-volume hiring setup, or unstructured environment

• Proficient in Boolean Search and LinkedIn Recruiter, familiar with niche platforms

• Able to craft compelling outreach messages and engaging recruiting pitch

• Skilled in evaluating candidate competencies during initial screens, ensuring only high-potential candidates are advanced to the next stage

• Has a passion for the research and mapping components of the Sourcing

• Demonstrates basic stakeholder management and collaboration abilities

• Has strong data ownership, able to track and report on own sourcing effectiveness

• Fluent in English
