Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company by identifying and qualifying inbound leads, initiating meaningful conversations with potential customers, and establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will be the initial point of contact for prospective clients, acting as a bridge between marketing and sales teams, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with inbound leads at conferences and events, to understand their needs and challenges while building strong relationships and generating interest in your solutions
Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to personalize outreach and identify key decision-makers within target organizations
Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive lead generation and nurturing strategy
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring they meet the defined ideal customer profile before passing them on to the sales executives
Articulate the value proposition of our solutions and services to prospects, demonstrating a strong understanding of their potential benefits
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and information using CRM software
Your profile:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role is preferred
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse range of individuals
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective lead tracking
Tech-savvy with a keen interest in AI and technology trends
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being proactive and resourceful in independent tasks
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
Fluent in both German and English language
