Sales Enablement Expert Lead (f/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Expert Lead to drive our sales enablement efforts and ensure our sales teams are equipped to succeed in a fast-paced, growing environment. This role is the critical bridge between Aleph Alphas key departments, responsible for developing engaging sales and enablement materials, translating product features into clear sales messaging, and ensuring smooth onboarding and continuous learning for new and existing team members. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about enabling sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-impact sales enablement materials: Develop compelling content such as product presentations, customer-facing one-pagers, sales playbooks, and proposal templates.
Lead sales onboarding and training: Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring they are equipped to hit the ground running.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Serve as the key liaison between product, marketing, People & Culture, and sales teams to align on messaging, processes, and enablement strategies.
Translate product features into customer-centric messaging: Work closely with the product team to ensure that sales teams have clear and persuasive messaging tailored to customer needs.
Contribute to the learning platform: Develop and maintain engaging content for the company’s learning platform, ensuring it is always up to date and aligned with current product and market developments.
Gather and act on feedback: Collect feedback from sales teams to identify gaps in knowledge and continuously improve enablement content and initiatives.
Support ongoing process improvement: Establish scalable frameworks and best practices for sales enablement, ensuring the sales team stays informed, motivated, and aligned.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar
Significant experience in Enablement, with a focus on technical training and customer-facing roles.
Proven curriculum design, project management and stakeholder management skills
Expertise in e-learning design, development, and implementation, particularly for high-growth teams
Good knowledge of learning technologies, including LMS and CMS platforms. (DOCEBO, TicTac, Articulate (Rise))
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Ability to drive change and innovation in learning and development practices.
