We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and strategic intern to support our CEO Office. In this role, you will assist with high-impact initiatives across the company, helping Aleph Alpha achieve its goals. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take initiative. This internship requires a mix of strategic and analytical thinking, along with a structured approach to tasks and operational efficiency to support various projects.

Your responsibilities :

• Assist in driving and supporting high-impact projects and initiatives across the company, ensuring efficient execution and adherence to deadlines.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather data, track progress, and help drive decisions and resolve bottlenecks.

• Support the development of project plans, define milestones, and help monitor project deliverables for successful completion.

• Assist in implementing new systems, tools, and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices.

Your profile:

• Some experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., Start-Up, Consulting) is preferred. Experience in supporting C-level executives or founders is a plus.

• Demonstrated initiative in driving forward projects despite challenges and bottlenecks.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, particularly in data-constrained settings.

• Experience with Excel and BI tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.

• Basic understanding of GenAI and underlying technologies is a plus
