Overview:

As the Product Lead for Automotive at Aleph Alpha, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our automotive & manufacturing product line. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and deliver groundbreaking AI-driven solutions that meet the needs of our automotive & manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate has a robust understanding of the automotive industry and/ or other industry verticals, a proven track record in product management, and a passion for technology and innovation.

Your responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the automotive & manufacturing segment, aligning it with the company's overall goals and market trends.

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry trends. Use insights to inform product development and positioning.

• Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and launch. Ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption. Foster strong relationships across teams to drive collaboration.

• User Engagement: Engage with customers, industry stakeholders, and user groups to gather feedback, validate and incubate ideas which can serve as basis for replication (scale), and ensure the product meets real-world needs.

• Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user satisfaction. Analyze data to inform ongoing product iterations and enhancements.

• Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of product managers and designers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the automotive or other technology driven industry verticals.

• Proven experience leading complex product initiatives from conception to launch.

• Strong understanding of automotive & manufacturing technologies, trends, and market dynamics, including connected vehicles, autonomous systems, and AI applications.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
