Overview:

The role of an AI Business Solution Architect is crucial for Aleph Alpha to help our customers leverage our solutions effectively. You help to ensure that AI investments of customers deliver tangible business value by aligning technological capabilities with strategic objectives, ultimately contributing to the successful adoption and integration of Aleph Alpha solutions within the customers’ enterprise.

You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology solutions that address specific business problems within the large-scale organizational systems of Aleph Alpha customers.

Your responsibilities:

• Evaluate business needs and problems and determine how Aleph Alpha solutions can address specific challenges or opportunities.

• Translates technical and business requirements into a (technical) solution architecture.

• Develops AI strategies and architectures that align with customer organizations’ goals and existing IT infrastructure and industry standards.

• Has experience in scoping and estimating projects and/or implementations.

• Has a deep understanding of enterprise software stacks, data landscapes, and IT process landscapes.

• Works as a bridge between business goals and technical implementation.

• Collaborates with various teams, including customers’ senior IT architects, senior IT management, data scientists, developers, other IT professionals and business stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to design and implement Aleph Alpha solutions.

• Guides decision-makers in choosing compatible technologies and defining solution architectures that best support business goals and fit into the existing IT systems landscapes.

• Works closely with Aleph Alpha Sales, Pre Sales, Product Engineering, and senior leadership in support of opportunities and customer projects and helps drive them to successful closure.

• Understand complex IT System Landscapes and the needed system interfaces and connected data flows.

• Designs effective technical solutions. Ensures solutions are scalable, reliable, and meet business needs.

• Knows how to identify risks and define (technical or functional) risk mitigation strategies.

Your profile:

• Expertise in software and system architecture – minimum 5 years in a senior role

• Knowledge of cloud computing and enterprise solutions

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

• Strong problem-solving skills

• In-depth understanding of business processes, technical systems, and industry trends

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

• Experience with IT consulting and business transformation

• Expertise in machine learning models, natural language processing, and AI infrastructure

• Knowledge of data management, governance, and system design
