Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our Go-to-Market (GTM) and revenue operations initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end revenue operations processes, as well as developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of revenue operations processes.
• Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies for new products or services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Lead change initiatives and drive organizational adoption of new processes, systems, and GTM strategies.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess revenue operations effectiveness.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to revenue operations team members.
  
  

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience in sales operations/revenue operations, or a similar role within a technology startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Expertise in sales processes, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and marketing automation tools.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align revenue operations with overall business goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels of the organization.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth and operational excellence.
